So is this a Team RWB store or a GORUCK store? Where does my money go?
All proceeds after operating costs go to Team RWB. GORUCK manages the inventory and hosts the storefront, but Team RWB benefits from every purchase of Team RWB gear.
How to set up your NEW GORUCK Shopper Account
- Navigate to the customer account page: https://www.goruck.com/login.php
- Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button under the New Customer option on the right side of the page
- Set up and enjoy your new upgraded customer account!
Please note, that your new customer account will not include any of your past orders and event credits, but all historical order info is safe with Monster, so if you have any questions about your previous orders feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on live chat!
Request to update and change orders
Unfortunately, most orders are processed quickly and information cannot be updated. This means that we cannot make adjustments to orders that include: adding items, removing items, changing sizes, updating shipping/billing information, and order cancellations.
Can I exchange my merchandise for a different size?
We are not set up for exchanges, but we do recommend that you process a return and separate order for the desired size.
Return Policy (Domestic Orders)
We do request that all returns are sent back within 30 days of receiving the order to receive a full refund. If sometime between day 31 and day 60 you decide you want to return your order, we will provide a store credit. We do not accept returns after 60 days.
All items that are being returned need to be in the same condition you received it. Just use the return label that came with your order and drop it in the mail. If you need another return label, contact us at email@example.com and we’ll email you a new one.
You can expect your refund or store credit within 4 weeks, but more often than not it takes less than 2 weeks. Please note that we do not refund shipping or additional handling fees for any return orders.
GORUCK offers FREE No-Rush Shipping on all USA orders totaling over $200 (not including additional handling fees). (Please note that the free shipping offer does not apply to AK and HI at this time.) We offer a flat rate fee for USA gear and apparel orders totaling less than $200.
As soon as your apparel is scanned by our shipping partner you’ll receive an email with all the relevant tracking information.

What is your event transfer and refund policy?
Our Heavy, Tough, Light and Constellation events require a 7 days notice to receive an event credit that can be applied to a future event of the same type
Navigator and Firearm Day events require a 30 days notice to issue an event credit to be used for the same type of event.
How to use your event credit:
- Reach out to us at contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the event that you want to apply your credit towards.
- Please keep in mind that event credits can only be applied to the same type of event. For example, a Heavy credit can only be applied to a Heavy event. Event credits cannot be combined to be applied to higher priced events. Event credits cannot be shared or transferred to other people.
Unfortunately some events that require more preparation are not eligible for transfer (Selection, Expeditions, Jedburgh, and events registered for through promotions or sales are non-transferable and non-refundable in all circumstances).
All of our events are non-refundable.
